At ANNA QUAN, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your purchase is not quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags securely attached.

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
